It is a multi-flower honey variety that has not undergone any heat treatment or added sugar or preservatives, so it retains its properties and natural integrity.
Our honey comes from the nectar of the forest and field flowers (strawberry trees, sunflowers, on the white clover and olive blossom) of the unspoiled territory of the Orgiaglia farm.
It is creamy and not excessively sweet, ideal to spread raw on cheese and to sweeten milk and tea coffees at breakfast.
