Apartments from 2 to 5 people with private garden
Prices include: water, electricity, gas, wi fi, heating, first supply of bed linen and towels, a tidying up for weekly stays and final cleaning included, use of the swimming pool and tennis court.

Booking confirmation with a deposit of 35% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking, sending a copy via Whatsapp

Cancellation consequences – holiday 2025: if you are unable to join us on the booked date, please let us know as soon as possible via whatsapp
Cancellation is free of charge with deposit refund up to 30 days before arrival .
A cancellation from 29 to 3 days prior to arrival the deposit is frozen and a two-year holiday voucher or an equal credit for the goodness card is issued; from 2 days prior to arrival and during the stay, the balance of the booked stay.
In the periods from 1.07 to 8.09 and long weekends including Easter, 25 April, 1 May, 1 November, New Year’s Eve; from 29 to 8 days prior to arrival 50% penalty; from 7 days prior to arrival and during the stay: balance of the booked package.

from the sr 68 junction for Ponsano, follow the signs for Orgiaglia for 6 km of dirt road with holes in the natural park; come slowly the first time.

– Cooking workshop “PiciAmo ” : cooking together with mamma Tina lasting about 2 hours a menu based on the fresh Sienese pici pasta and its sauce: 35 euros per person, with a minimum of 2 participants, children up to 12 years free; from 12 to 18 years 20 euros; cost of lunch or dinner not included.
– Horseback riding with a guide 35 euros/hour for beginners or experts; tour 40 minutes 27 euros, baby tour 15 minutes 19 euros.
Thanks to the private farm tours, it is also possible for children under 14 years of age with a minimum of experience to go out on horseback;
Children with first experience are accompanied on the rope.
Outings are divided between beginners and those who already have experience, with riding usually in the English style but also Western, for adults up to approx. 85/90 kg.
